I am currently working at PQShield as a Cryptography Architect in Vienna, Austria. Until December 2022 I worked at Rambus Cryptography Research Division (Cryptography Research Inc.) as a Senior Principal Engineer and tech lead of DPA-resistant cores in San Francisco, USA. Before joining Rambus, I worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute for Applied Information Processing and Communication Technologies (IAIK) at Graz University of Technology, Austria. I received my venia docendi (Habilitation) in 2016 guided by Prof. Roderick Bloem. In 2014, I finished my PhD study at IAIK under the supervision of Prof. KC Posch and my Master's study under the supervision of Prof. Stefan Mangard.
